boat displaces after exiting on shore

See pix. Pic01 shows me swimming to shore after exiting on the shore. I have swam about half the distance from where it popped me. Pic02 shows my view looking out to the sea with the boat at the shore where I jumped out allegedly. Pic03 shows the boat where I was initially popped after "save" and "restart" of the game. See how far the boat is away from the shore.
