Random black screen then crashing

World was loading extremely slowly, so I allotted minecraft more RAM. I currently have 8gb, so I don't think thats the problem. After I allotted more RAM the world started to load faster (Rendering chunks while I was moving instead of rendering when I was standing still), then crashed.
