Can't control wolves in singleplayer with another account

If you tame an wolf in singleplayer, with "Player1", then you disconnect and play with "Player2", you cant control your wolf

1: Tame an wolf
2: Disconnect then log-in with another account
3: Load the world, you cant control the wolf
