Recourcepacks are the cause of the crash

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected that the resource pack would apply itself

What actually happened was...:
I clicked my pack but it crashed!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download the pack.
2. Go to AppData>.minecraft>recoursepacks
3. Put the Pack in recoursepacks.
4. Start up minecraft 1.7.2
5. Click "Options".
6. Click "Recourse Packs"
7. Apply it.
