enchanted item

Gamemode 0 and 1 affected.

When having all the good effects set to 1000000(time) and you pick up a damaged item a box is displayed around the top effect with a flipped icon(and the original) exactly in the space. Couldn't see any writing. Not sure if bug or feature but it seems like I can not recreate it on another world. The world I used it found this on was when going from 13w36a to 1.7.2 (all of the versions in between as well).
