Arrows that are shot through fire are not ignited, while they are when shot through lava. (hitbox issue?)

An arrow will be lit on fire when shot through lava, but not when shot through fire. I think this could be a hitbox issue since fire has a smaller hitbox than most blocks, therefore the arrows aren't being ignited.
