When destroying a block with both rails on the top and side they both drop

To recreate this issue:
1. Place a block on the ground
2. Place 2 rails, one on the top, one on the side, and let them connect diagonally.
3. Destroy the block.

The expection is the rail on the top drops and the other rail on the side lay down flat. However both rail drops.
