my creative world on tunnelers' dream is ruined becuse it is almost add block limit so evrithing is under snow (Cuz 1.7.2)

*What I expected to happen was that not evriwhere was snow

*What actually happened was i made a mob farm and a swiming pool but there now undere Ice and snow

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make its so on tunnelers dream cant snow on top
2.make it so when you type in /weather rain it wint snow
3. Make it so that water wont get frozen
