No Damage Sound

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected to here the damage sound when I got hit on a server

What actually happened was...:
There was no sound at all, just jumping back when I got hit

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I went on server (woodycraft.net)
2. Played a minigame (skywars)
3. Got hit and even died
