Redstone/Wooden Door breaks

When place redstone/wooden door on my single player creative world, the redstone/wooden door breaks. It also works with redstone repeaters. Not Tested in Survival

What I expected to happen was...:
Place the redstone/wooden door on the ground and turn it on/open it

What actually happened was...:
The redstone/wooden door breaks into items

Steps to Reproduce: Note: This will be how to repruduce the bug with a wooden door.
1. Make a regular house with 2 wooden doors.
2. Have 2 baby villagers open the door/doors
3. The door/doors should break.
