A sudden crash-report in minecraft when I looked for some items in my chests

My game is a creative game mode with cheats which I opened to the lan in a survival game mode with cheats too (there was just me on the map). My character was in survival mode (/gamemode 0) and I was moving some items from a chest to another by teleporting myself (/tp -1201 45 148 --> -1203 44 136) (because they were in 2 different rooms). Then I took some damages (I landed up into a wall) ; then everything went back in order (for the damages) and I tried to open a chest but it's at that moment that minecraft crashed (at the 5th time that I executed these stages). Now my game is working but I wanted to report this bug in case it would be serious. Moreover, I received a crash report in my mincraft's system which I have sent you.
