When using shaders items in the creative inventory don't look right.

On my creative world I was playing around with the shaders, when I went in my inventory my skins face was like I was using a wallhack. And for the survival inventory tab the top part of the chest was sort of behind the chest, but when I got the shaders off the bugs weren't there.
