Golems treat player as an immoveable object

What I expected to happen was...:
Iron/Snow golems able to push player to a certain extent.

What actually happened was...:
My PC completely ignored the golems' own movement, but the golems got pushed out of the way.

Steps to Reproduce:
1: Create/spawn golems at the end of a tunnel.
2: Switch to survival.
3: Walk right through the golems, pushing them out of the way a bit.
