Teleporting outside of minecart sometimes makes fall trough blocks

Made a track inside the End, when getting out of the minecart you teleport a few blocks, and if unlucky you fall right into the void

make it so that it checks or it's a valid block to spawn on when it tryes to place you somewhere?
