Visited chunks regenerate in my world, buildings are replaced somewhere to original look.

My Minecraft-Version regenerates visited chunks in my world, so my buildings are replaced somewhere to the original look. So, eg. in some walls there is coal instead of stone and some rooms are full of the original stone/dirt. This bug is independent on what world I load. After being away ~800 blocks and coming back, some chunks regenerate.
