Hunger Bar while sitting in a Minecart is not shown

Hunger Bar while sitting in a Minecart is not shown
*What I expected to happen was...:
the hungerbar is there while sitting in a minecart

*What actually happened was...:
the hungerbar is ot there while sitting in minecart

Steps to Reproduce:
1. right click on minecart
2. There is no hunger Bar
