I crashed 3 times while playing Multplayer. Also can't play with friends server

I keep crash while i am playing multiplayer. I also cannot get into some servers. I can get into other popular ones but not my friend, and couple others. This happened AFTER the update, it was fine the night before, the next night i couldn't get in. IT might be mine or his i'm not sure.
What I expected to happen was...:

First i was suppose to just play, walk around kill build. The joining the server i was suppose to log on, and play with my friend.
What actually happened was...:

First one it was fine for a couple minutes then it crashed.
The second one (Server) It says this almost everytime i try to get on his server. "Inernal Exception: Java.10Exception: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine."
Or connection time fail.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. ...I go on mulitplayer
3. ...I walked around, teleport
4. ...Then crash

1. .... I put my friend server number in
2. .... Then i wait
3. ... Then the Java thing.
