Dark Sky if you stand under blocks or in a cave, but if you walk to the surface it gets its normal color back

If you walk in a cave and look at the sky, or be under some blocks, the sky gets weirdly dark. If you walk back to the surface or to the open air, the dark gets blue again. This should not happen, because it looks extremely fake and very strange.

Side note: It has nothing todo with the screenrecorder.
