Village spawned iron golem problem

I have a village of aprox 25-35 villager, and 2 natural spawned iron golems. I killed 4 villager (because they get stucked with me in a hole and I cant dig out without attack them) and the golems start to kill me over and over. I kill them 2 times both, but when they naturally respawn, they continue their attack. They kill me a lot of times and the aggro continue. They should be calmed right now, but they are aggro permanentrly.
