Login and texture bugs

#1: I was enchanting a sword and the backround of the hotbar of the item box looked like it was enchanted too! Reproduction: Enchant something then put your cursor over it and the backround looks enchanted.
#2 I can`t login to my favorite servers `cuz they are in Denmark, however the login worked fine in 1.6.2. Reproduction: find a server that is faraway from where you live and you can`t log into it.
#3 whenever I get faraway from an object, the texture gets SUPER glitched and it looks plain. Reproduction: Runaway from any block and the sides and top look like solid colors. Please fix!!!!
