Placing a redstone torch down then going into a Command block or Game menu then pressing esc to get out makes the redstone torch placing sound again

Well I was making a map and I was creating a command block for the start, then I placed a redstone torch, then a command block, I put in my command,
and then I pressed esc to get out, though it replayed the sound.

Steps to reproduce:
1: Place a command block
2: Place a redstone torch
3: After placing the redstone torch (Step 2) QUICKLY, it must be QUICKYLY.
Go into Game Menu or a Command block, ( Command block is more reliable )
4: Get out of the game menu or commandblock by ESC, not Cancel, or done, or by Back to game, ESC.
5: You should hear the sound of you placing the redstone torch once again.
