Moss stone spawning everywhere is Mega Taiga Hils and Mega Taiga Biomes

I was playing on my snapshot server and was exploring a bit and I came across a Mega Taiga and a Mega Taiga Hills Biome. One it was done generating I started to notice some moss stone, I started looking around noticed that it was everywhere.
