Block Selection Cursor is No Longer Transparent

The box which highlights blocks you are looking at is no longer transparent/translucent. Instead, it is opaque black.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Hover over a block in 1.7.1
2. Observe that the selection box is made of solid black lines.
3. Repeat on an older version.
4. Observe that the lines are translucent.
