Bad display on effect statue [Inventory GUI]

What actually happened was...:

The effect of potion incorrectly displayed when I hold an enchanted object in my inventory.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enchant something (Sword, bow, fishing rod, book...)
2. Throw a splash potion at you or stand near by a Beacon
3. Open your inventory (Survival or Creative, it's the same) and pick an enchanted item.
