Game will not allow me to run or jump at certain times

Summary: Game will not allow me to run or jump at certain times

Expected: To run without any trouble while Playing multiplayer or singleplayer

Actually: When trying to run or jump, it wouldn't let me

1. Join A server
2. Try running/ jumping
3. Noticed that it didn't let me run/jump
