Can't click any website link

I own a snapshot testing sevrer, and with the 1.7 pre release update )not sure if it was doing this in other snapshots), it's not letting me click any website links. i've tried sending it through the normal chat, command blocks, and even the server console and it's still not letting me click on links in chat.

note: it's not just me that can't click links, it's everyone on my server
