Bow and Arrow Mostly Pass Through Mobs (Resolved)

When i use my enchanted bow with all the enchantments and shoots a mob (all kind) it mostly just passes through them and don't even damage them, i can't even pick up the arrows that i shot and the way that the arrow travels seems odd and not accurate. *This is resolved, turns out that it's caused by risugami's elemental arrows mod
