Blocks grow bright when in a activated beacon GUI

When a Beacon block is active (shooting out its beam), any block you pick up in the Beacon GUI become very bright as if the beam of light also affects the item. This does not affect items (tools, raw materials, etc.), but only affects block related items (Dirt, block of gold, etc.)
