after a few minutes of playing on the world, everything goes black except a few items, such as chests and signs

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought everything was running normally.

What actually happened was...:
After a few minutes, things went black.

1. Not sure, but I think it's when I tried to put something new in my inventory
