/spawnpoint with team arguments doesn't work

I'm laying out a command like this in a command block:

spawnpoint @a[Team=Oak] 1553 37 225

and for some reason it doesn't work. If I do it myself (as a player) then it sets everybody on the server to that spawn point, ignoring the arguments.
