Wolf/Dog Teleports to owner when it Grows up/ages

Your Wolf/Dog Puppy will teleport to you when it grows up,

How to replicate:

1.) Get 2 Dogs
2.) Breed them with Meat
3.) Wait for the Puppy to grow into a adult dog

Done.

So far iv only tested it on a Server running 13w42b

(I searched but dident find a Bug report for this yet, sorry if i missed one!)
