getting inside the wall and start losing health and that happen with all people not only with me

i will till you when the bug or glitch happen:
1.sometimes if you are throwing ender pearl you get inside the wall
2.sometimes when you are riding a mine cart and hitted by a wall you get inside the wall
3.sometimes when you are riding the boat and your body or exactly your head hit with a block or a wall of blocks then you get inside the wall

note:that is very bad bug and all the people know it
