Presets cant work cause world generator

If you create a tunnlers dream you cant mine over y: 112(112-114) cause i dont generate the struckture in y: 200 you need to fix it cause its pointless do dig 100 blocks for only stone I think you just forgot to do thath in the world generator class cause it dont do anything i tried it 10 times.
