Tinted glass produce textures that cause motion, constantly replacing textures with stairs and slabs

By placing a stained glass beside a ladder or slab are appearing various traits of the two textures in one plane doing these traits to move to the floor of the player.

What is expected to happen: The colors of the glass slab and mingle and create a new color.
What happened:The colors do not blend creating several traits with the two colors that move in the same plane
