[MC-35288] Can't join the server

It is impossible to join the server.
Serveur host at a professionnal web hosting : http://www.mtxserv.fr/
Access by FTP to the directories.

I've just started a new server with the jar file downloaded on Mojang web page for Snapshot 13w41b.

Server started, but I can't join.
