MC|RPack asks the user if he would like to use the resource pack

MC|RPack should only ask if the server owner defines it as optional. Otherwise the resource pack should be considered mandatory and not ask but rather force. Security is not an issue.

The opposition to this is that the client sends a payload back to the server saying whether the client chose yes/no to use the resource pack, and the server can kick the client dependent on their selection.

This is a very easy to fix but very important issue.
