I was fighting some mobs, and when I died and clicked "Respawn", the game froze, crashed, and when I went back on to my world, I was alive, and all of my items have duped.

What I expected to happen was:
I die,click 'Respawn', and I can respawn in my world.

What really happened:
When I clicked Respawn, the game crashed, and when I get back onto the world, all of my items were duped.
