Client crashes after entering the nether

I tried go to the nether. I saw the chunk being rendered, heard some ghasts and zombie pigmen, the portal swirly animation didn't even stop. FPS dropped, then I saw my mouse cursor, game crashed. Happens every time I try to go to the nether. Log file attached.
