Item Name Bug

What I expected to happen was...:
The game to show the name of the White Stained Glass Pane normally.

What actually happened was...:
The name of the block was "White Stained Glass Pane Pane" instead of "White Stained Glass Pane".

Steps to Reproduce:
All you have to do is hover over the Item and it will show the weird name.
