Slow or No Scrolling in Single Player Worlds and Servers Lists

Scrolling in the server list (and worlds list for single player) is bugged. It no longer scrolls smoothly and fast like it did before. Now, it's slow and sometimes doesn't scroll when you scroll down a click.
