Server window doesn't show any logs and chat informations.

It started with 13w39a/b update and we can't see any log on server window. I tried in different platforms and different machines but still nothing changed. And also server works so laggy on last two snapshots. 13w41a is little bit better than 13w39a/b but it's still so laggy and non-playable...
