Server fails to start correctly

Trying to start server for any version higher than 13w39a results in failure to start and a log being made. The server window remains open, but only partially showing dialogues. In 13w41a there is almost no text in server window after crash. However, the server screen is not labeled as "Non responsive" and just sits there. Also, it (obviously) does not appear in-game when trying to join after this happens. I tested it with both the .exe and .jar server files, neither of which worked. Attached are the error logs and also corresponding screenshots of each server window. Willing to test possible solutions.
