MC-3459

Adding the enchantment 'Protection' to armor using command blocks does not work. Other enchants do work.

Using the command "/enchant @p 0 3" in a command block fails to work. I assume its an issue with the enchant ID being 0 as using enchant ID's above 0 works fine.
