Statistic screen icons messed up

The flower pot, cauldron, and cocoa plants on the Statistics screen shows it's block texture, not its item texture. This happens on the blocks screen. Flower pots also don't show their name when you scroll over the icon, and cocoa plants just say cocoa. Above the anvil is the flower pot. Over the sandstone stairs are the cauldron and cocoa plants.
