Detecting content and unloding minecart whith chest at the same time is not possible.

problem: unloding minecart whith chests is not posible.

reason: The detectorrail emits an redstone signal to the hopper which prevents unloding and detecting content of the chest at the same time.

example solution: make so that the hopper is not affected by the redston signal from the detector rail

i know this is not tecnicly a bug but it prevents this function.
