Animals getting stuck in blocks and die.

They don't always die,but my dog went up stone stairs and when it got to the top it went through the block and turned black.Also once my pigs smashed a baby pig into a wall and the baby pig died.I don't know if you did this on purpose,but it kind of annoys me.
