Item frames from Over World appearing in the Nether

I was exploring the nether for the first time when I came across a seemingly random item frame, I switched over to creative and took a screen shot. it was not till later that I realized that this was an item frame from my overworld. I had the same item frame on a chest in the same location in my over world some how there was also and instance of it in the nether. screen shots are provided below
