cant get into server

What I expected to happen was...:
for me to get in the server.

What actually happened was...:
the game froze and i had to exit out and it crashed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. log in
2. go to multiplayer
3. double click a server
4. get to logging in screen
5. game freezes
6. exit out
7. crash report appear
