Will not generate seeds correctly on AMPLIFIED.

History: I made a survival world with random seed (blank), the seed i got was -588273072772355087, and later when i had survived a while, i decided to make a creative version of it. I used the seed, generating str. ON, B. Chest OFF, Cheats ON, and World type AMPLIFIED. Tried 2 times, both times the terrain was the same. And not the one that i wanted.
