Dark arm and dark chest bug

I've recently had this odd bug since 1.5.2. This bug seems to make my palyer arm to dark and sometimes not, it also affects the chest. The bug even eating FPS, I have to restart it couple of times to make it gone but when i log back, the came back causes FPS lag.
